Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove your data from PirateAds at any time:

Disconnect a connected account

Meta: in the PirateAds dashboard, open Integrations in the left sidebar and click Disconnect on the Meta card. PirateAds deletes the stored access token immediately and stops reading that ad account. You can also remove PirateAds in Meta Business Settings (Integrations → Connected apps), which revokes its access on Meta's side.

Shopify: uninstall the PirateAds app from your Shopify admin.

Delete your data

  1. To delete the ad data PirateAds stored from a connected Meta account, email privacy@pirateads.app from your account email with the subject "Delete my Meta data".
  2. To delete your whole PirateAds account and everything tied to it, email privacy@pirateads.app from your account email with the subject "Account deletion request".

We will delete the requested data within 30 days and confirm by email. Aggregate, non-identifying records (such as publicly available advertisement data) are not tied to your identity and are unaffected.
